Holyoke Medical Center is seeking a Nocturnist to join its hospital medicine team. This opportunity offers a 7-on/7-off schedule and compensation of $390,000.
The Opportunity
Provide overnight inpatient care within a supportive community hospital medicine program.
Work a predictable 7-on/7-off block schedule.
Manage nighttime admissions, cross-coverage, urgent clinical issues, and handoffs.
Collaborate with advanced practice providers, emergency medicine, critical care, specialists, nursing, and care management.
Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives while maintaining a sustainable block schedule.
Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency.
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
Comfort managing a broad range of inpatient medical conditions overnight.
