Perioperative RN First Assistant

Carle Health seeks an RN First Assist to support surgeons in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care. This on-site role includes pre-, intra-, and post-operative responsibilities, providing direct first assist during surgical procedures, managing instruments, maintaining sterile technique, and monitoring patient status.
