Physical Therapy Assistant

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver compassionate, home-based rehab care. In this role, you will support licensed physical therapists by providing 15–25 weekly patient visits in the home setting. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and safe transfers while closely monitoring and documenting progress. You will educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
