In this role, you will provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for adult and geriatric patients, focusing on communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, deliver patient-centered care in on-site settings, and document outcomes using EMR.
