Wound Nurse

Corning Center is seeking a dedicated Wound Nurse to provide expert wound care for our skilled nursing and rehab residents. In this resident-focused role, you will perform comprehensive skin and wound assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapy, and nursing staff. You will monitor healing progress, document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards, and educate residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and management.
