Clinic Manager PT

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you’ll supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure excellent patient flow and experience. You will oversee documentation and billing accuracy, support quality clinical care, and partner with therapists to meet performance and compliance standards. The Clinic Manager fosters a collaborative, patient-first culture, supports staff development, and builds community relationships to grow the clinic and advance CORA’s mission of restoring function and mobility.
