We are seeking an Associate Attorney (Tenant Trial) to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to make a significant impact on tenant rights and housing law. As a Tenant Trial Attorney, you will be at the forefront of protecting tenants' rights, advocating for fair housing, and fighting against unlawful landlord practices. You will be handling a caseload of primarily tenant trials, motions, and mediations. This role requires a deep understanding of landlord-tenant law, excellent litigation skills, and a strong commitment to public service.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the state Bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a strong emphasis on tenant law and housing issues.
4. Proven track record of representing plaintiffs in trials and hearings.
5. Experience in business litigation is a plus.
6. Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
9. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure.
10. Passionate about public service and committed to promoting fair housing and tenant rights.
