Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* CA PT License
* One year of Home Health experience
Assignment Details
* 40 hours per week
* Monday-Friday
* One weekend a month rotation
* Training includes 3 full days, with one in house and two in the field
* Documentation system: Kinnser
* Equipment issued: iPad, Verizon One Talk
* Required to expand territory as needed

Lake Merritt sits near the city center and provides a 3.4-mile walking path, while the Bay Area Rapid Transit system connects Oakland to San Francisco in about 15 minutes from several downtown stations.
