Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa seeks a Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Float Pool. This full-time RN role provides high-acuity bedside care across ICU, step-down, and other critical units, supporting a fast-paced, regional referral center. You will assess and monitor complex patients, administer medications and infusions, operate advanced equipment, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. Working within a patient-first, team-oriented culture, you’ll collaborate closely with physicians and allied staff, educate patients and families, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.
