Lic. Masters Mental Health Prof. Adult Team

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional to provide evidence-based counseling to adults in a technology-forward environment. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy both in-person and via telehealth. Using digital tools, including integrated EHR and engagement platforms inspired by Systeme.io’s all-in-one approach, you’ll support seamless, data-informed care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case consultations and quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.
