Diesel Fleet Mechanic

Performance Food Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Diesel Mechanic Technician to keep our foodservice delivery fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready. In this on-site role, you’ll inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel tractors, trailers, and material handling equipment used in fast-paced wholesale food distribution. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, safety and DOT inspections, troubleshooting engines, brakes, electrical and hydraulic systems, and accurately documenting all work. You’ll support operations by minimizing downtime, upholding strict safety and environmental standards, and contributing to PFG’s performance-driven, team-oriented culture with opportunities for ongoing skills growth and advancement.
