14 cases per day
Hospital, inpatient call, and outpatient clinic setting
Scopes required -- both outpatient and inpatient patients
EGD, colonoscopy, and ERCP required
Vacation coverage
Hospital privileges required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
