We are seeking a Resource Management (RM) Analyst who is responsible for the following:

  • Staffing activities including:  working with programs/accounts to get role details, opening roles in the Powertool, tracking the status of open roles, making updates, and facilitating discussions with Hiring Managers.
  • Onboarding and offboarding activities including: onboarding new hires with welcome email communications, CDP, training, troubleshooting, roll off activities.
  • Support resource enablement (AFS enablement and client access as needed) including: asset management, new hire enablement, charge code access, client security and system access.
  • Roster management (using the Powertool).
  • Additional tasks may vary by account/program

What you need

  • Basic Excel skills, including but not limited to: VLookup, pivot tables, basic mathematic formulas
  • Experience with written communication in a professional setting
  • Verbal communication in a professional setting
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience organizing schedule and task list
  • Time management

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$53,300—$94,600 USD
