Job Details

What You'll Do:
Lead and support production personnel to achieve daily output and quality goals
Coordinate blending, material movement, tank operations, and workflow efficiency
Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards
Train, coach, and mentor employees while fostering a positive team culture
Maintain production records, monitor inventory flow, and optimize storage utilization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance across the team
Partner with leadership to resolve production challenges and support plant objectives

What We're Looking For:
Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, blending, chemical processing, or industrial production environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives
Ability to motivate teams, hold employees accountable, and build strong working relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
