Full job description

Our construction client is looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee their multifamily and senior living projects in the Walnut Creek area.

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force to include subcontractors and assistant superintendents
Coordinate with Project Manager to review all subcontractor payments and project budget
Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/Engineer
Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules
Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment and administer Environmental, Health and Safety Management Program

Construction Superintendent Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree
5+ years experience on construction projects
Ground up multifamily and or senior living experience required

Construction Superintendent Benefits:

Salary: $150-190K
