Wound Care Registered Nurse

Mercy is seeking a Wound Care RN to deliver expert, evidence-based wound management for acute and chronic conditions. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized wound care plans, perform advanced wound treatments and dressing changes, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll educate patients and families on prevention and home care, document progress, and follow infection control and safety standards.
