- Assemble components according to specifications following our standard operation procedure
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly work
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or assembly instructions
- Inspect finished parts and for accuracy, quality, and completeness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Looking for:
- Experience: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (mechanical or industrial setting a plus).
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers).
- Attention to Detail: Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function.
- Team Player: Works well with others and communicates effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic.
