Job description:

  • Assemble components according to specifications following our standard operation procedure
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly work
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or assembly instructions
  • Inspect finished parts and for accuracy, quality, and completeness
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives


Looking for:

  • Experience: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (mechanical or industrial setting a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers).
  • Attention to Detail: Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function.
  • Team Player: Works well with others and communicates effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic.
