Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for the TURBOCAM Tool Calibration Process including the maintenance of calibration records, tool ordering, and tool repair.
Come Build with Us:
- Manage and document tool calibration process using GageTrack Software.
- Coordinate tool calibrations and repairs with VSMs, cell leads, and inspection leads, keeping the end users of this tooling advised of schedule. This includes tooling calibrated in-house and tooling sent out to suppliers for calibration.
- Order measurement tooling as needed to support inspection, production, and development.
- Develop and implement system for calibrating tools in-house including calibration procedures and processes that are compliant with ISO 17025.
- Perform daily inventory checks at remote storage locations to ensure inventory data aligns with GageTrak software.
- Regularly visit various business units to receive and or delivery calibrated/ uncalibrated gaging equipment.
- Coordinate with outside calibration vendors to schedule monthly calibration needs as necessary.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Bring Your Expertise:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years' experience with mechanical measurement tools or the calibration of those tools.
- Intermediate level in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel. ERP software helpful (Epicor preferred) and GAGEtrak software.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must maintain adequate near vision by means of annual test (per the requirements of Work Instruction WIQA.05).
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
