We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join a well-established, collaborative Emergency Medicine team in Minnesota, located north of Minneapolis. You'll enjoy an exceptional work-life balance in a beautiful lake community where others dream of retiring!
*Minimum of 3 years experience in emergency medicine required to be considered for position.
Position:
* Works collaboratively with the on-call physician, evaluating and treating medical and trauma patients in the Emergency Department
* Flexible scheduling - 72 hours per pay period (average of 3 days per week)
* Rotation: Rotating nights, dates, and weekends
* Physician back-up is always available
* Zero call
Compensation:
* Salary: $215K+
* PTO: 208 hours per year
