LPN Primary Care

Kaiser Permanente seeks an LPN Primary Care professional to join our tech-enabled primary care team. In this role, you’ll deliver direct patient care including vitals, injections, wound care, and point-of-care testing while supporting physicians and NPs during exams and procedures. You’ll manage triage via phone and digital tools, document thoroughly in our EMR, and help educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care. Working in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture, you’ll contribute to quality improvement, leverage integrated technology, and help optimize workflows to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
