Where is the work:

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

 

 

What you will do:

• Algorithm Design & Analysis: Strong foundation in HVAC, thermodynamics, system dynamics, classical and modern controls theory.
• Mathematical Modeling & Prototyping: Proficiency in programming languages used for algorithmic development, numerical analysis, and simulation (e.g., Python, C++, or MATLAB).
• Quantitative Concepts: Basic knowledge of mathematical modeling or statistical data analysis.
• Validation & Benchmarking: Experience utilizing scientific computing libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, or equivalent) and AI integration to clean, analyze, and validate algorithm performance against real-world datasets.
• Development Tools & Processes: Familiarity with software development processes, version control systems (e.g., Git), and collaborative environments (code reviews, document writing, and testing models).

• Collaborate with others to foster effective teamwork by linking own responsibilities to the team’s goals and needs showing a zeal for new technical information, research papers, and emerging algorithmic trends.
• Rapidly resolve complex analytical problems to optimize system performance and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently, such as prioritizing simulation, prototyping, and testing phases based on project impact.
• Pursuing a BS/MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a highly quantitative discipline with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership skills such as Research Assistants , Teaching Assistants exceptional leadership of academic/research projects.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

$22.50 - $31.00
