Coach / Trainer - North Aurora
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Coach / Trainer to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is essential for supporting day-to-day employee performance, training, and engagement within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will serve as a key point of contact between associates and leadership to maintain productivity and a positive workplace culture.
Shift patterns
- Tuesday to Saturday 6 am - 3 pm
Pay rates
- 19.25 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Coach / Trainer
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
- Previous experience training, coaching, supervising, or mentoring employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and hold employees accountable to expectations
Role for Coach / Trainer
- Provide daily coaching and feedback to associates regarding performance, attendance, and productivity
- Monitor employee performance and partner with leadership to address concerns
- Assist with progressive disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies
- Document coaching conversations and performance improvements accurately
- Support new hires with hands-on training and onboarding
