Registered Nurse, ICU

Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our ICU as a Per Diem Days RN. In this role, you will deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adult patients, including ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring, complex medication administration, and close collaboration with intensivists and the interdisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, support patients and families, respond to emergencies, and uphold strict safety and quality standards within our patient-first, team-focused culture.
