Weekend availability and call required
Beeper call -- 30 min response time -- 1:10 ratio
4 patients per shift
Inpatient and outpatient practice -- both required
General, spinal, and epidural anesthesia required
Regional blocks required -- case logs must be provided
Neurosurgical and complex orthopedic cases included
Minimum one year of experience required
