REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, care coordination with an interdisciplinary team, patient and family education, and documentation in the EMR. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, rehabilitation-focused care, and a commitment to safety and positive patient outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
