Take your machining career to the next level with a leading cosmetics manufacturer in Blaine, MN. We're seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Machinist who can design, machine, fabricate, and troubleshoot equipment to support a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Blaine, MN 55449
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: $25-$38/HR, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Design and machine custom parts and components to support manufacturing operations
• Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment, including mills, lathes, and drill presses
• Utilize CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Mastercam
• Create drawings and coordinate with outside machine shops as needed
• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication projects
• Modify equipment, fixtures, and guards to improve performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams on equipment improvements
• Support equipment installations, startups, and modifications
• Document maintenance activities within CMMS systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Experience with manual and CNC machining
• Ability to take projects from concept and design through final production
• CAD/CAM experience
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
