The Auto Shop is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician in Jefferson, MO who can diagnose complex problems and complete advanced repairs independently.
You'll work in an air-conditioned shop alongside a Master Technician and an in-house national-level trainer, with ongoing training and a Monday–Friday schedule.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns
- Troubleshoot engine, transmission, HVAC, steering, suspension, and brake systems
- Perform advanced repairs independently
- Complete vehicle inspections and document repair recommendations
- Document diagnostic findings and completed repairs
- Work with Service Advisors to keep jobs moving
- Complete accurate, high-quality repairs

The Auto Shop is an independent automotive repair shop in Jefferson, MO focused on advanced diagnostics, quality repairs, and technician development.
You'll have modern equipment, an air-conditioned facility, and technical support from a Master Technician and an in-house national-level trainer.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform advanced repairs independently
- Missouri State Inspection License preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Independent repair shop experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
