Full job description
You Are: Pega Developer
The Work:
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and deploy Pega applications. This role is fully on‑site at the client’s location and requires close collaboration with stakeholders to understand and deliver on business requirements. You will build, customize, integrate, and support Pega solutions while ensuring high‑quality technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Pega applications
- Customize and configure Pega workflows, rules, and components
- Integrate Pega with external systems and enterprise platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design best practices, and governance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Here’s What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven hands‑on experience with Pega PRPC
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability and willingness to work on‑site at the client’s location every day
Bonus Points If:
- Must have Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA)
- Must have experience with:
- Pega Architecture
- Pega Software Application Development
- Pega Platform capabilities
Eligibility Requirements
- Top Secret Clearance required
- Must be willing to work on‑site at the client’s designated location
- Must be a US Citizen

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
