Emergency Department Registered Nurse Residency

Join Mercy’s Emergency Dept. Nurse Residency and launch your nursing career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. New graduate RNs will provide direct patient care in the emergency department under the guidance of experienced preceptors, building skills in triage, assessment, and evidence-based interventions. Residents participate in structured classroom education, simulation, and clinical rotations focused on emergency care.
