Encompass Health seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in an inpatient setting. You will evaluate patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional outcomes. Responsibilities include gait and balance training, therapeutic exercise, patient and family education, and discharge planning. You’ll work in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment with access to advanced rehab technology, mentorship, specialty training, and clear paths for leadership and career growth.
