Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a Day Shift RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult inpatients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other complex conditions. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. This role supports patient and family education, documents accurately in the EMR, promotes safety, and contributes to quality outcomes in a mission-driven, collaborative environment focused on independence and recovery.
