Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Professional certification required: PT
• Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor‘s Degree
• Home health experience in physical therapy

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week across 5 days
• Weekend/on-call requirement: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Coverage area includes Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, Desoto, Waxhachie, Cleburne, and Red Oak
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Productivity expectation: 30 points
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
