Nurse Supervisor

Encompass Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care on our inpatient rehabilitation unit. In this role, you’ll coordinate patient care, oversee nursing staff, and ensure adherence to clinical and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising RNs and LPNs, managing daily staffing and patient assignments, supporting complex clinical decisions, and collaborating with physicians and therapists on individualized rehab plans. You will mentor team members, participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and help foster our patient-centered, compassionate culture focused on recovery and functional independence.
