Physical Therapist

LifePoint Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and manage pain. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to deliver evidence-based, patient-focused care. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and contributing to community health initiatives.
