Speech Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and educate patients and families to promote optimal recovery and functional independence. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will document progress, contribute to discharge planning, and support high-quality, patient-centered care in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with opportunity for professional growth.
