DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Ellicott Center seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The DON will oversee nursing practice, staffing, and quality initiatives in a rehabilitation-focused, long-term care environment. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, driving quality improvement, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and mentoring nursing staff. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, compassionate leader with strong clinical judgment, rehab or post-acute experience, and a commitment to patient recovery and professional development.
