Shift Details:

  • Estimated Start Date: July
  • Schedule Details: Clinic - 8-4:30pm (30 min lunch); OR - 7 or 8 - 4 or 5 (8 hours day); 24 hour Out-of-House call on weekends
  • Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 1 wk per month with some exceptions
  • Support Staff: 2 MAs 3 APPs
  • Certifications Needed: TBD
  • Patient Population/Case Load: Office 15/20; OR as needed

Licensing & Privileging:

  • License: IMLC Accepted, PA License preferred
  • Estimated Privileging Timeline: Temps avail with a clean file
