Location: Denver, CO
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $32.15/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician III to join our Customer Care team in Denver, CO.

Position Overview

As a Field Service Technician III, you will perform warranty and non-warranty repairs in customers' homes throughout your assigned service territory. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to diagnose issues, determine warranty eligibility, and communicate findings professionally with both customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

Perform Field Service Repairs

• Complete warranty and non-warranty service repairs at customer homes.
• Adjust components, replace parts and hardware, perform water testing, and take measurements.
• Diagnose product issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Document all work completed accurately and thoroughly.

Manage Service Appointments

• Travel throughout your assigned territory to customer locations.
• Complete scheduled service appointments efficiently and professionally.
• Review work orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate Parts & Materials

• Requisition and manage parts needed to complete repairs.
• Work with internal teams to ensure materials are available for service calls.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Explain repair findings and warranty determinations clearly.
• Represent MITER Brands in a positive and professional manner.

Maintain Safe Work Practices

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely.

Qualifications

Required

• Prior glass or window industry experience.
• Prior construction experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to safely climb ladders up to 40 feet.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred

• Experience servicing windows and doors in residential environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
