Full job description
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation to adults recovering from stroke, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and complex medical events. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and focus on improving safety, function, and independence in daily living. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document care in the EMR, and contribute to quality and process-improvement initiatives in a supportive, growth-focused culture.
