The Role + Purpose:
The Store Planner provides support in creating, managing, and executing sales and inventory plans from investment through allocation at the regional and store level. The Store Planner is responsible for providing to the teams relevant data and analysis throughout the product lifecycle.
Financial Planning - Forecasting:
Provide data and recommendations to influence the development of regional and store-level plans
Assist in the development of regional and store-level strategies
Plan Management - Allocation:
Support in-season management of department/class level plans including ongoing assessments and updates
Execute geographically-based inventory releases
Ensure accuracy to support in-season strategies
Execute store level exceptions, and new store allocations
Business Process Management-Supply Chain Operations:
Execute allocation to the regional and store level, where required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of store planning or related analytical experience
Strong analytic, financial and business acumen skills
Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in retail math
Systems and Tools Acumen: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly

Salary Range: $64,200.00 - $79,600.00At J.Crew Group (JCG) we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base salary is just one component of J.Crew Group’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
