REACH Medical Holdings is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-acuity care during helicopter and fixed-wing air medical transports across California and the Western U.S. In this mission-critical role, you will rapidly assess, stabilize, and monitor patients in dynamic environments, working side by side with experienced pilots, paramedics, and EMS partners. You’ll use advanced clinical tools, follow strict aviation and safety protocols, and participate in continuous training while providing compassionate, expert care to diverse communities in need, day or night.
