Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher to join our growing preschool community! Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.

As a Pre-K Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Create an engaging classroom where children can explore, question, and discover.
  • Design hands-on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
  • CDA OR at least 60 semester hours with 6 credits in Child Development, Child Care required OR AA degree OR Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education required
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
  • A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $1,500 paid in
installments as follows: $1,000 after 90 days of employment and $500 after 6 months of
employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.
