Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to provide evidence‑based speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation and home‑based care settings. You will assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with neurologic or medically complex conditions, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team (PT, OT, nursing, physicians) to create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, delivering 1:1 and group therapy, caregiver training, clear documentation, and contributing to discharge planning while supporting a safe, nurturing, and patient‑centered environment with opportunities for professional growth.
