Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist – Day Shift

Adventist Health seeks a Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist to oversee day-shift lab operations, ensuring accurate, timely diagnostic testing that supports whole-person care. You will perform and validate complex assays, troubleshoot instruments, monitor quality control, and maintain regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, JC). The lead will coordinate workflow, mentor staff, assist with scheduling and training, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to interpret and communicate results.
