Clinical Nurse Coordinator nights

St. David's Medical Center seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our state-of-the-art Neurological unit. This RN leader coordinates patient care, supervises bedside staff, and ensures adherence to evidence-based neuro and stroke protocols. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, charge nurse duties, staffing and assignments, precepting, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The Coordinator promotes patient safety, quality outcomes, and patient/family education while supporting performance improvement and regulatory compliance within a culture of compassionate, patient-centered care.
