• Well Defined Referral Source from our Employed and Affiliated Primary Care Physicians

Recruitment Package could include:
• 425,000 Guaranteed Salary, plus Benefits, for up to 3 years

• 8 Outpatient Locations; 4 Community-Based Family Health Centers
