Full job description

Responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and ongoing management of assigned clinical programs across one or more specialty service lines. Provides clinical leadership and operational oversight to ensure program effectiveness, regulatory compliance, quality performance, and optimal patient outcomes. Collaborates with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, administration, and external partners to support evidence‐based practice, performance improvement, and strategic program growth. May support specialty programs such as stroke, oncology, transplant, trauma, cardiovascular services, or other designated clinical services.
Lead planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of assigned clinical programs.
Coordinate clinical, operational, and performance improvement activities to support program goals and outcomes.
Serve as a clinical liaison between physicians, nursing leadership, administration, and interdisciplinary teams.
Develop and maintain program policies, protocols, clinical pathways, and workflows aligned with evidence‐based guidelines.
Monitor program performance metrics, quality indicators, and outcome measures.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses for internal leadership, committees, and external agencies as required.
Support regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and survey preparation activities.
Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to improve care delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation of corrective actions.
Participate in strategic planning, program marketing, and growth initiatives as applicable.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.
Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse required
3 years of experience in clinical program coordination, quality management, case management, or clinical leadership roles required
Demonstrated ability to lead program development, implementation, and performance evaluation required
Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards applicable to clinical programs required
Ability to analyze data, quality metrics, and outcomes to drive program improvement required
Strong collaboration and communication skills with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams required
Experience developing or maintaining clinical policies, protocols, and pathways required
Proficiency in electronic health records, data tracking tools, and reporting systems required
Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills required
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
RN single or compact in the state of practice is required
