ER Clinical Nurse Coordinator

HCA Healthcare is seeking an ER Clinical Nurse Coordinator to provide leadership and advanced clinical care in a fast-paced emergency department. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow, triage, and nursing assignments to ensure timely, high-quality care. You will serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and preceptor to ER nurses, support evidence-based practices, and assist with staff education. The coordinator collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supports quality and safety initiatives, and helps manage documentation, policies, and compliance while modeling HCA’s values of compassion, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
