Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver hands-on rehabilitative care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities, and help restore independence in daily living skills. You will document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families, all within a nurturing, patient-centered culture that supports professional growth and high-quality outcomes.
