Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager – Benefits & Compensation:

Accounting Manager – Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and USALI
• Manage general ledger activity and month-end close
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Support cash management and financial reporting
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements
• Lead and develop accounting team members
• Collaborate with operational leaders across departments

Accounting Manager – Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 5–10 years of hospitality accounting experience
• 3–5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting systems (Sage, Opera preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in an independent, non-corporate environment
